The Monaco Yacht Show launches its 2019 advertising campaign

The advertising campaign of the 2019 Monaco Yacht Show again reveals the audacious direction undertaken by the Organisers for six years to welcome a new generation of private visitors and introduce them to superyachting.

The artwork features a slightly restyled logo with the iconic monogram "MYS", bigger and instantly recognizable. This logo refresh will increase the Monaco Yacht Show’s brand awareness as a label of the Monaco superyacht art of living and of the « MYS » know-how in superyacht events, also heightened by the “House of Fine Yachting” hallmark (like seasonal collections in Haute Couture, the MYS unveils a unique collection of 120 superyachts every year).

The woman model, symbol of the chic universe of lifestyle superyachting, firmly crosses a water wall. The MYS is already looking forward to its 30th edition in 2020. An anniversary date that will resolutely position the Monaco Yacht Show as a genuine family brand with a range of related projects dedicated to enhance the show’s visit experience for the private clientele and offer a first immersion into the superyacht world for prospective owners or charterers over the next few editions (Monaco Yacht Summit, MYS Inaugural Gala event, Car Deck, Tenders & Toys, Sapphire Experience).

A hundred guests - partners, exhibiting companies and private clients of the show – were invited to an exquisite cocktail reception in the relaxed atmosphere of a soft sunlight on the French Riviera to discuss their participation in the MYS this September, which promises to be a new and exceptional edition.

As a foretaste of this September’s show, when the most outstanding superyachts on the planet will exhibit in Port Hercules and anchor offshore, the luckiest guests of the quiz organised during the reception immediately boarded the helicopter of the partner Monacair for a panoramic flight over the bay of Monaco.

Earlier in the evening, Gaëlle Tallarida, General Manager of the MYS, held a press conference and presented the show actions to attract the future superyacht clients.

In the presence of twenty journalists and representatives of the show’s media partners, Gaëlle Tallarida highlighted the projects reserved for private customers who will be visiting the show: the 3rd edition of the Monaco Yacht Summit, the Sapphire Experience - VIP visit program of the MYS - or the public relations events hosted abroad to promote the show and the superyacht industry to a high-profile audience.

It was also the opportunity to unveil the new setting of the 2018 floating exhibition, which will display 120 superyachts for an average length of 49 metres. On the quays, the different exhibition areas dedicated to the yachting and luxury sectors, and the thematic areas related to superyacht lifestyle like the Tenders & Toys, the Car Deck or the brand-new Art Pavilion - dedicated to the exhibition of art pieces - will give the tempo to visit the 580 exhibiting companies.

The MYS invites the US clientele to discover the 2018 edition

Last May 17th, the Monaco Yacht Show invited forty high-qualified US guests to a top-notch private cocktail reception in the intimate setting of the St. Regis New York Hotel.

During the evening reception, Gaëlle Tallarida, the show’s Managing Director, presented the novelties of the 2018 edition with a selection of the new superyachts that will make their world debuts in Monaco this September.

Privileged guests, wealthy residents and clients of the Forbes Five-Star hotel also enjoyed an art exhibition of staggering pictures of the Monaco Yacht Show. The luckiest participants of the raffle won a VIP visit program at the 2018 MYS and an exquisite handmade vase offered by Preciosa, renowned manufacturer of luxury lighting concepts and partner of the MYS Upper Deck Lounge.

Last Thursday 17 May’s cocktail reception was the fourth event hosted by the Monaco Yacht Show in New York with all the confidentiality appropriate to such private events. Since 2016, the MYS partners with the St. Regis New York Hotel and receives the support of the Monaco Convention Bureau to promote the show and the Monaco superyacht destination to the hotel’s high-profile audience and surely future yachting enthusiasts.
